Work is not just about working all the time to prove that you are making an effort; we don't need to move others with our actions, nor do we need to move ourselves in this way. (This does not contradict my belief that the process is more important than the result, as the process encompasses a lot of time and long-term significance.)
When handling tasks of varying intensities, the consumption of energy by a person is different, so rest and work must be coordinated and dynamic. In the future, I will judge the content of my work and the arrangements for rest based on my physical condition. The goal is to work better while maintaining a strong body.
Having decided to continue my studies for several years, I should view it with a long-term development perspective. Regardless of how my mindset changes afterward, since I have chosen this path, I should try my best to accomplish it, or rather, give my all to complete it. For me, this is the meaning of my existence.
